Nadine Charity
Nadine Charity is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in the public accounting, private sector and governmental industries. She currently works for the state of Virginia at the Department of Accounts as a Financial Reporting Project Lead over Fixed Assets, Leases and Component Units. She has been with the Richmond Chapter of AFWA for 9 years and has enjoyed the networking, camaraderie, and volunteer opportunities. In her free time Nadine enjoys caring for her 2 year old daughter Nori, traveling, and cooking!

Tanya Wilson
Tanya is a CPA (CPA Canada) with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry. She began her career in corporate finance for a global drilling service company, advancing through various roles including internal audit, tax, and site financial controller, based in South America. She later moved into operational financial leadership roles for a zinc start-up and within the gold sector, overseeing finance, information technology and supply chain. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Atlantic Strategic Minerals, a critical mineral producer, with facilities located in Dinwiddie and Sussex Counties. She is new to Virginia and AFWA and looking forward to growing her network and building lasting relationships with the Alliance and her community.
